THE LODGE/CAMP:
Tloma’s communal areas are vast and informal. The lounge has an interesting mix of functional furniture that flows from one room to the next, while the dining area is a sprawling space with hardwood tables and iron chairs. The lodge looks out onto impressive views of the plantations and the eastern wall of the Ngorongoro Crater. Tloma offers only the basics but in a relaxed, inviting atmosphere.
ROOMS:
There are 36 spacious en-suite rooms, in colonial farm-style cottages. Interiors are minimal and uncomplicated, with tiled floors, white-washed walls, comfortable chairs and a coffee table. Four-poster beds with mosquito nets serve as a welcome comfort at the end of a hard day's exploration. The private veranda is a great place to put your feet up and take in the functioning plantation and distant Highlands' views.
QUICK INSIGHTS:
There two types of rooms - (a) Lodge rooms and (b) Garden rooms.
Lodge rooms are better as they are larger in size and offers a good view of the plantations.
