Set in the more remote area of Kogatende, in the northern sector of the Serengeti National Park, Nimali Mara is located about 30 minutes from the Mara Rive and a 35 minute drive from the Kogatende airstrip.
The camp features a central dining area, where guests can enjoy delicious meals prepared by the camp's chefs using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. There is also a lounge and bar area, where guests can relax and enjoy views of the surrounding wilderness. The camp has a small library, which offers a range of books and magazines about the Serengeti and its wildlife.

Nimali Mara Camp is committed to environmental sustainability and supports a range of conservation initiatives in the Serengeti. The camp uses solar power to reduce its carbon footprint and supports local community projects, including education and healthcare initiatives.
The camp's ten spacious tents are designed with comfort and luxury in mind. Each tent is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, and a private veranda with views of the surrounding landscape. The tents are decorated in a contemporary African style and are furnished with comfortable beds, writing desks, and lounge chairs.

An infinity pool is set within a rocky natural cave overlooking the endless plains, where resident wildlife frequently passes by.
