THE LODGE/CAMP:
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the gracious old farmhouse or on the covered central patio overlooking the manicured lawn, with the croquet set at the ready. There's a comfortable guest lounge. Visit the spa for a soothing massage.
ROOMS:
There are 12 beautiful cottages to choose from, all strewn around the gardens. All are cleverly designed with a fusion of African arts and crafts and old, colonial-style luxury. Ten one-bed cottages offer king-sized beds, a separate lounge with fireplace and an en-suite bathroom with shower and a deep bathtub, and there's also a two-bed and a three-bed cottage, both with the same facilities, just slightly larger.
QUICK INSIGHTS:
Conveniently located just outside of town, Legendary is mere minutes from Arusha Airport. Still, if you've got a morning flight from Kilimanjaro Airport, you’ll have to have a very early start to the day.
