THE LODGE/CAMP:
Tawi Lodge has a swimming pool with sunbeds on wooden decks overlooking the waterhole. A large main lounge with a fireplace and bar. A small upper deck lounge. Lovely gift shop. A fantastic spa offering massages, pedicures, manicures and reflexology. An outdoor ‘hot tub’. Outside central fireplace and bar overlooking the waterhole.

Tawi Lodge consists of 13 cottages ideally located on bushland facing Kilimanjaro. Each room has its wooden-deck veranda and a fabulous view of the highest mountain in Africa, even from the comfort of your bed or bathtub. Double or twin cottages have en suite bathrooms fitted with a bath and shower. Each room has its fireplace. Lighting and water systems are solar-powered.
