There will be no charges in Partial Cancellation, like 1 person dropping out, but others' per-person costs will change. Terms and Conditions apply.
10% of the tour amount is refundable for up to 45 days before your tour starting date (Minus the Bank Fees).
Last 45 days, no refunds will be guaranteed (This is made based on the lodge's policy). However, postponing the safari can be done instead of cancelling to avoid the lodges' cancellation fee. Terms and Conditions will apply.
In case of emergency lockdowns or flight cancellation (Before 72 hours of the start date), we will provide you with the "CREDIT NOTE" which you can use to re-book the safari anytime in the future. However, this is at the consideration of Trip Quest and the lodges. Terms and Conditions will apply.
