Botswana which situated in Southern Africa is home for the world-famous "Okavango Delta". Botswana is vast. 38% of the country is filled with national parks, reserves and wildlife areas, and much of it is so remote that the only way in is by tiny, buzzing aircraft's.

Chobe national park

Chobe National Park is one of the best attractions in Botswana. The best way to explore this park is by boat on the Chobe River. It is also Botswana's third largest National Park. The park is noted for having a large population of Lions, Elephants and Buffalo's. The river is also populated with hippos and crocodiles. Sightings of the predators very easy in Game Drives.

Okavango delta

The Okavango Grassland is a swampy inland delta where the Okavango River flows. The delta is both a permanent and seasonal home to a wide variety of wildlife. It's also UNESCO’s World Heritage site which was listed in 2014. The Delta has been split up in private reserve and one the famous The Moremi Game Reserve, a National Park, is on the eastern side of the Delta also called the heart of Okavango Delta. 

Central Kalahari game reserve

This is the Bostwana's biggest Game Reserve and it is situated in the middle of Kalahari Desert. The best time to visit is after the summer rains (January to March), it is also famous for the Kalahari black-maned lion. Big herds of desert antelope, such as springbok and oryx, can be seen walking along the dunes. If you the luck is on your side you can spot the wild dogs as well.

Makgadikgadi Pan is the largest saltpan in the world, it basically belongs to the Kalahari Basin. This place is dry during the summer and filled with green after the rainy season, this will attract thousands of animals. You can visit this park throughout the year, and the best wildlife viewing time is from June to December. The Migrating herds of Zebra and Wildebeest can be found throughout the year.
